發(fā)展方向：重點發(fā)展海洋智能信息技術(shù)、海底數(shù)據(jù)倉試驗、海洋環(huán)境科技、水下防禦系統(tǒng)、海洋防腐技術(shù)等海洋應(yīng)用型產(chǎn)業(yè)，以及智能捕撈技術(shù)、溫排水海域養(yǎng)殖等現(xiàn)代海洋服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
用海範圍：海頭-海尾港外圍、昌江核電站工業(yè)用海保留區(qū)西北方區(qū)域。規(guī)劃用海面及共1079.12平方公里。
Development direction: It will focus on marine application industries, such as marine intelligent information technology, submarine data warehouse test, marine environmental technology, underwater defense system, marine anti-corrosion technology, as well as modern marine service industries, such as intelligent fishing technology and warm drainage aquaculture.
Area of sea use: Outside Haitou-Haiwei Port, northwest area of Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant industrial sea reserve. The planned sea area is 1079.12 square kilometer.
